Logistics Procurement Manager – IMEA & Global Express

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager to lead the logistics category across the India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) region from our Dubai office. The role also holds global ownership for the Global Express Shipment category, partnering with the Global Category Manager and regional procurement leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a logistics procurement strategy for IMEA aligned with global objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end procurement for road transport, warehousing, tank farms, ocean freight, equipment maintenance, dangerous‑goods escort, air freight and parcel services.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to source fleet assets (ISO tanks, IBCs, containers) and Global Express shipments.
• Maintain and refresh Strategic Points of View (SPoVs) using market intelligence, freight indices and regulatory updates.
• Lead negotiations, contract development, approvals and strategic contract reviews.
• Identify cost‑saving and optimisation opportunities, achieve savings, cost avoidance and margin‑contribution targets.
• Drive logistics change programmes across IMEA, including change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain procurement, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes, warehousing, dangerous‑goods handling and freight regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage complex contracts.
• Analytical mindset with capability to use market data and freight indices for strategic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of road, rail, ocean, air and parcel logistics procurement.
• Familiarity with dangerous‑goods regulations and temperature‑controlled shipping.
• Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management.
