Logistics Supervisor

About the role

ASGC Construction is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate logistics operations across major building construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning, supervising daily site logistics, and ensuring seamless material and equipment flow to support project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site logistics operations to support project execution.
• Manage material deliveries, transportation arrangements, and equipment mobilization.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, HSE standards, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor logistics performance, optimize resource utilization, and implement cost‑effective solutions.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges to prevent disruptions to project schedules.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction logistics.
• Demonstrated experience managing logistics operations for large‑scale building construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality, MEPS, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
