Loss Prevention Coordinator – UAE National (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible for safeguarding guests, employees and assets at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. The role monitors security systems, responds to emergencies and conducts investigations to maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms and fire life‑safety systems, dispatching incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Assist guests and staff during emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, noise, assault and other guest complaints, gathering evidence and preparing reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and loss‑prevention documentation and release information only to authorized individuals.
• Coordinate with management and insurance carriers to notify liability situations according to protocol.

Required profile

• Some college education.
• Minimum of 2 years related security or loss‑prevention experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• UAE national status as indicated in the job title.
