Luffing Tower Crane Operator – Dubai High‑Rise Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Luffing Tower Crane Operator to join a major high‑rise construction project in Dubai. You will be responsible for safely lifting heavy loads with precision while working closely with riggers, banksmen and site supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a luffing jib tower crane on a busy high‑rise site, handling steel, precast panels, concrete skips and formwork.
• Conduct pre‑operational checks and routine inspections, reporting any issues before they become problems.
• Adjust jib radius with precision when working near adjacent structures or tight site boundaries.
• Follow lift plans to the letter and communicate clearly with ground teams via radio.

Required profile

• Solid hands‑on experience operating luffing jib tower cranes.
• Valid crane operator licence or competency certificate recognised in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of lifting operations, load charts and site safety procedures.
• Comfort working at height on high‑rise projects and good spoken English.
