M365 Consultant

About the role

The M365 Consultant will join a leading staffing solutions provider to deliver end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 services for enterprise customers in the UAE. The role involves migration, administration, security and support of Microsoft 365 environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and the admin centres.
• Plan and execute mailbox and file migrations (Exchange on‑premises to Online, tenant‑to‑tenant, Google Workspace to SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Configure Exchange hybrid, mail flow, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and Exchange Online Protection.
• Manage Entra ID, synchronization, MFA, Conditional Access, SSPR and licensing.
• Deploy and manage devices with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and update policies.
• Implement Purview controls such as DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, eDiscovery and auditing.
• Configure Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint, investigate alerts and support incident response.
• Provide L2 support, resolve incidents within SLAs and create technical documentation and run‑books.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• At least 2 years in a customer‑facing consulting or managed‑services role.
• Successfully delivered at least two full Microsoft 365 or Exchange migration projects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in the UAE with a valid residence visa and available to join within 15 days.

• Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device compliance policies.
• PowerShell (Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph, Entra modules).
• Migration tools: BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, Quest or native Microsoft tools.
• ITIL ticketing platforms: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice.
• Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint.
• Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, eDiscovery).
