M&A Analyst 2 – EY Parthenon (Dubai)

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to join its Dubai team. The role involves working with senior managers and partners to evaluate strategic fit of businesses, analyse transactions, and support deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage transactions across the client portfolio, including preparing reports and documentation for fund‑raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Maintain transaction timetables, ensure quality of client deliverables, and coordinate with counterparties and advisers to meet milestones.
• Analyse business drivers, identify and manage key risks, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field from a reputable university.
• 2‑4 years of experience in M&A, including buy‑side and sell‑side transactions and finance raising.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with a track record of producing high‑quality client documents.
