Maintenance Manager – GCC Stores & Facilities

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities across Alamar’s GCC quick‑service restaurant (QSR) stores and facilities. The role ensures equipment reliability, safety and cost‑effective performance while supporting a seamless in‑store experience for staff and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, allocate resources and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all stores in the GCC.
• Supervise maintenance teams, including team leaders and technicians, and drive performance.
• Manage budgets, inventory, spare‑parts planning and cost controls.
• Develop and oversee annual maintenance contracts with vendors and approve equipment calibrations (ovens, makelines, HVAC, signage, etc.).
• Lead emergency response and coordinate initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Monitor performance, generate reports and support store openings, relocations and remodels.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of maintenance experience in F&B QSR environments within the GCC.
• Electro‑mechanical engineering background preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and currently residing in the UAE.
