Major Accounts Manager – Hybrid Role

About the role

The Major Accounts Manager will work in a hybrid model, spending on average two days per week at an HPE office. You will drive sales of networking and security solutions for major commercial and public sector accounts in Abu Dhabi, building pipelines and closing high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, capturing leads and ensuring follow‑up.
• Provide specialist expertise to account managers, supporting business development and solution design.
• Develop quota objectives for defined product categories and sell outsourcing deals where applicable.
• Build consultative relationships up to C‑level, understanding client industry needs.
• Coordinate supporting sales activities and leverage external partners when needed.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 8‑12 years of advanced sales experience in networking and security solutions.
• Proven relationships with major commercial and public sector accounts in Abu Dhabi.
• Track record of achieving progressively higher quotas and managing complex accounts.
• Project management skills and ability to forecast revenue accurately.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewall and SASE technologies.
• Expertise in networking and security solution selling.
• Proficiency with Siebel CRM for forecasting.
• Strong account planning and revenue forecasting abilities.
• Understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.
