Major Accounts Manager

About the role

The Major Accounts Manager will work in a hybrid model, spending about two days per week at an HPE office. You will drive sales of networking and security solutions for major commercial and public sector accounts in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a sales pipeline, capturing leads and ensuring follow‑up.
• Develop consultative relationships up to C‑level, understand client business needs and position HPE solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, provide specialist expertise, and support joint sales activities.
• Develop quota objectives, forecast revenue and contribute to product category strategy.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of advanced sales experience, preferably in networking and security solutions.
• Proven relationships with major commercial and public sector accounts in Abu Dhabi.
• Track record of meeting progressively higher quotas and managing complex deals.
• Project management skills and ability to work with external partners.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewall and SASE technologies.
• Expertise in selling large‑scale networking and security solutions.
• Experience using Siebel for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Strong account planning and revenue forecasting abilities.
