Malay Speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

We are looking for a native or fluent Malay speaker to join our Dubai team as an FX Sales Conversion Agent. You will be responsible for turning high‑quality leads into active Forex and CFD traders, using consultative sales techniques and delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD products to prospective clients.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active trading accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify upselling opportunities and maximise client conversion.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Malay (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Background in conversion or retention sales within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using trading platforms.
• Good knowledge of standard office applications.
