Manager - Accounts And Finance

About the role

The Manager – Accounts and Finance will work closely with the Business Head and Senior Finance Manager to lead the annual business planning and budgeting process for the brand. The role ensures realistic and stretched targets, monitors performance, highlights variances and provides corrective recommendations. It also supports strategic decisions such as new store openings, refurbishments, and market expansions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management information systems for stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis of P&L and present findings to senior management.
• Perform feasibility and profitability studies for new and existing stores.
• Develop and present business plans and budgets for the brand.
• Manage import payments and oversee purchasing‑related financial transactions.
• Track profitability of new‑age stores and present P&L reports to principals.
• Conduct breakeven analysis for under‑performing stores and recommend corrective actions.
• Authorize expenses related to trade licenses, rent, and oversee stock report analysis.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports based on customized requirements.
