Manager, Chief of Staff Office

About the role

The Manager, Chief of Staff Office supports the Corporate & Investment Banking Group by ensuring portfolio hygiene, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across multiple stakeholders. This role acts as a central point of contact for audit, risk, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio hygiene within CIBG, attend SCRUM meetings and manage business/sanctions exits.
• Conduct analyses of problem areas and synthesize information for strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee end‑to‑end WCAC process monitoring, submission and policy alignment with GCAC.
• Maintain Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for the Chief of Staff team.
• Provide RAROC support and develop executive presentations summarising strategic analyses.
• Serve as liaison for internal and external audit, central bank submissions and post‑audit closure.
• Deliver on regulatory, supervisory and internal audit inspections.
• Analyze and monitor data quality for corporate clients, supporting monthly business and risk committees.
• Interface with technology stakeholders to drive digital project delivery within budget.
• Coordinate operational risk management, operational resilience and collaboration with digital squads.
