Manager Crew Engagement

About the role

Inspire, empower, and elevate our cabin crew community. The Manager Crew Engagement is responsible for shaping performance, wellbeing, and career development of cabin crew, driving engagement initiatives and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, coaching cabin crew to deliver outstanding service.
• Design and implement development and career progression programs.
• Create and deliver engagement events, workshops, and recognition initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, providing data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operational leaders to address performance concerns and implement improvement strategies.
• Act as the voice of cabin crew across Training, Service Delivery, Guest Relations, HR, Cabin Safety, and Welfare.
• Promote safety, compliance, and operational excellence in line with GCAA and international standards.
• Lead investigations into service and performance matters, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree or professional qualifications in business/people management (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a people‑management role.
• Experience as operating cabin crew is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Understanding of managing multicultural work groups in airline or hospitality settings.
• Good knowledge of airline safety, security, operations, and cabin crew management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
