Manager, Experiential & Product Marketing

About the role

The Manager, Experiential & Product Marketing will lead the planning, execution and scaling of experiential and event‑led activations for Mashreq NEO BIZ and Business Banking. The role focuses on delivering impactful, localized brand experiences across free zones, SME communities, influencer channels and media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and scale experiential and event‑led activations for Mashreq NEO BIZ and Business Banking.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of influencer engagements, industry forums, partner showcases, referral meet‑ups and free‑zone roadshows.
• Oversee coordination, logistics, branding and post‑event amplification to ensure high‑quality experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders across free zones, SME communities and media platforms.
• Monitor performance and translate opportunities into impactful, localized brand experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in experiential or event marketing, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong proactive mindset with ability to plan, execute and scale campaigns independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic business environment and deliver results on time.
