Manager, Feasibility & Investment Analysis – EMEA

About the role

As a key member of Hilton’s Feasibility & Investment Analysis team, you will lead market and financial analyses for hotel projects across EMEA, providing independent assessments and strategic advice to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts, pro‑forma analyses and scenario assessments for proposed and existing hotels.
• Conduct investment valuations, NPV/IRR calculations and M&A analyses to support development, real‑estate and finance decisions.
• Oversee junior colleagues’ work, manage project priorities and maintain sophisticated financial models.
• Represent the department internally and externally, building relationships with senior leadership and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven track‑record in analytical or advisory roles within hospitality or real‑estate finance.
• Strong communication skills, able to present complex findings to senior executives.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects.

• Financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Market assessment and feasibility study experience.
