Manager – General Ledger & International Consolidation

About the role

The Manager will lead end‑to‑end General Ledger accounting and oversee month‑end and year‑end closing activities across multiple entities. This role ensures accurate financial consolidation of international subsidiaries and supports senior management reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger accounting and month‑end/year‑end closing processes.
• Oversee financial consolidation of international subsidiaries and business entities.
• Review intercompany transactions, reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Coordinate with finance teams in various locations to maintain consistent accounting practices.
• Monitor balance‑sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Group Finance policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing required information.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls, reporting processes and automation.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience, including GL and consolidation, preferably in a multinational environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with financial consolidation tools.
