About the role
The Guest Relations & Concierge Manager leads the daily operations of Guest Relations and Concierge functions, delivering personalized and seamless experiences for all guests at a luxury hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across guest engagement, concierge services, VIP management, special occasions, service recovery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and coach a high‑performing team while maintaining luxury service standards and collaborating with all hotel departments.
Required profile
- Previous supervisory or management experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, Front Office or luxury hospitality.
- Experience in a five‑star or luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
