About the role

The Manager, Innovation & Partnerships is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and delivering innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships that enhance retail fuel, convenience, and mobility experiences. The role drives the execution of digital, AI, and technology‑enabled solutions that create measurable customer value and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an innovation roadmap aligned with customer experience, retail growth, and digital transformation priorities.
• Lead AI‑enabled use cases, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture while establishing governance frameworks.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic technology and innovation partners throughout the full partnership lifecycle.
• Support retail media and data monetization initiatives, collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to define use cases and monitor performance.
• Create detailed business cases for innovation projects, track financial and non‑financial benefits, and report on ROI and strategic impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Business, Technology Management, Information Systems or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification in Innovation, Strategy or Digital Transformation preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in innovation management, digital transformation, partnerships or related roles, with proven delivery of innovation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in retail, energy, mobility or consumer‑facing industries and a track record of leading multidisciplinary, high‑performing teams.
• Extensive experience leading complex digital transformation programs and managing end‑to‑end partnership lifecycles.
