Manager, Product Management, Commercial – T&E

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior product manager to lead the Commercial Travel & Entertainment (T&E) portfolio, focusing on the Smart Data platform. You will work closely with the regional T&E/B2B lead to scale Smart Data across the United Arab Emirates, drive issuer onboarding, and deliver revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage custom client requests, issuer training, and ad‑hoc support for the Smart Data portal.
• Identify at‑risk processes, implement mitigations, and reduce time to revenue.
• Support development, execution, and market delivery of new product features.
• Oversee contract and billing management, monitor product performance.
• Track Smart Data KPIs, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure end‑to‑end quality of Smart Data enhancements at the regional level.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across clients, internal partners, and third‑party providers.
• Ability to build relationships with global counterparts and internal product, delivery, and support teams.
• Deep understanding of Mastercard’s Smart Data suite and commercial transaction flows.
• Capability to translate customer expectations into actionable product solutions.
