About the role
The Manager - Training will design, develop, deliver and administer training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills, behaviours and performance, supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training interventions aligned with the Talent Management strategy.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create programs that improve performance and productivity.
- Plan the annual training calendar and coordinate internal and external training delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and maintain communication with stakeholders about training opportunities.
- Develop and manage the training budget and partner with external vendors for content.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications in Assessment and Learning, CIPD in Learning and Development, Certified Coach or Certified NLP practitioner (preferred).
