Manager, Transfer Solutions – Digital Partners

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for Transfer Solutions to lead the Digital Partner strategy across East Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships, and commercializing Mastercard cross‑border payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual revenue, transaction volume, and new‑client acquisition targets across fintechs, digital wallets, remittance providers, banks, telcos and payment institutions.
• Develop market‑entry and expansion strategies to accelerate adoption of Mastercard Cross‑Border Services and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for strategic clients, conducting regular business reviews and translating client objectives into new use cases and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead clients from onboarding through post‑launch optimization, tracking portfolio performance and executing initiatives to improve volume and product penetration.
• Mobilize cross‑functional teams (Product, Implementation, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution and resolve commercial barriers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments to provide market insights and influence regional strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payments, fintech, remittances, banking or financial services with a track record of meeting revenue and transaction volume targets.
• Strong business development and commercial negotiation skills, including ownership of strategic client relationships.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and cultures, influencing without authority and translating strategy into disciplined execution.
