Manager - Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Manager – Visual Merchandiser will coordinate with brand principals, buyers, marketing, procurement and retail operations to develop and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies across stores in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising strategies and brand standards for specific business units and seasonal initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing and Store Operations to communicate and roll out visual concepts, ensuring consistent high‑quality execution through tools, training and audits.
• Lead the design, testing and rollout of strategic growth initiatives, including store format innovations and prototype development.
• Create user‑friendly visual merchandising guidelines and allocate store space to maximize consumer appeal and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Strong artistic and creative abilities with a solid understanding of retail environments and customer experience.
• Experience in visual merchandising or a related field, with a track record of developing seasonal visual concepts.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead talent within the visual merchandising team.
