Managing Associate 6 PQE - Dispute Resolution, Dubai

About the role

Mishcon de Reya LLP is hiring a Managing Associate with 6+ years of post-qualification experience for its Dispute Resolution team in the Dubai office. The practice covers high-value cross-border litigation, international arbitration, digital assets, enforcement and strategically significant disputes across the UAE and wider GCC, advising corporates, UHNWIs, family offices, financial institutions and sovereign-linked entities. The role offers day-to-day ownership of significant disputes and workstreams, with supervision of junior associates, coordination of counsel and experts and direct client contact.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE gained within a leading international Dispute Resolution practice
• Strong commercial litigation experience, ideally including substantial court proceedings; international arbitration experience desirable
• Training completed at a leading international law firm
• Demonstrable passion for dispute resolution and complex litigation
• Existing regional experience preferred but not essential
