Market Research Assistant (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking energetic, curious individuals to join our market research team as assistants. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school or university graduates who enjoy being on the move, meeting people, and learning how retail products are presented to consumers across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets and stores within your emirate to inspect product displays.
• Capture photos and complete checklists using the Shelvz mobile app.
• Record details such as product availability, placement, visibility, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Identify emerging trends and share observations with the team.
• Assist in preparing short reports and presentations based on field findings.
• Provide feedback to improve the shopping experience for local communities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher (university degree accepted).
• 0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel within your emirate for store visits.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
