About the role
We’re looking for a data‑driven multitasker with a creative edge to support our marketing and sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and analyze leads to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and optimise records in Bitrix CRM.
- Create reports using Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Support marketing with basic design tasks using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
- Assist in daily admin duties and campaign tracking.
Required profile
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleanup).
- Experience with Bitrix CRM or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Design experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
