Marketing Associate – PR

About the role

Furless Group is looking for a proactive Marketing Associate (PR) to support the marketing and public‑relations activities of its three brands in Dubai. The role is hands‑on, focusing on content creation, media coordination and influencer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of PR initiatives, draft press releases and maintain media relationships.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media channels, create graphics, captions, reels and short‑form videos.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social, email and website platforms.
• Generate organic leads through social media, website content and partnership activities.
• Research, outreach and coordinate collaborations with influencers and brand partners.
• Help organise events, product launches and workshops, handling logistics and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, PR or digital communications, preferably in the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, education or retail sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for graphic creation.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
