Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to support our hotel’s events and sponsorship initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and generate revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and implement an effective filing and administrative system for sponsorship and event documentation.
• Identify, maintain, and target a database of potential sponsors for each event.
• Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements that benefit the hotel.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure sponsor branding complies with contract terms.
• Develop and manage relationships with media outlets (electronic, print, local, national, international) to maximize event coverage.
• Host media, strategic partners, and top clients at hotel functions and events.
• Assist in producing promotional materials and gather supporting data.
• Photograph internal, banquet, conference functions and VIP events.

Required profile

• Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Computer literate with ability to handle standard office software.
• Outgoing, vibrant, innovative and able to work independently.
• Understanding of hotel operations and customer‑focused mindset.
