Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Dubai (DIFC) branch. The role will design and execute marketing and communication strategies that boost brand visibility, support business objectives and reinforce the bank’s reputation among internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing and communication plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, conduct market and competitor analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage client experience across all touch points, including print and digital collateral and client engagement events.
• Conceptualise, plan and deliver high‑quality in‑person and virtual events, track ROI and provide post‑event analytics.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships to raise brand awareness in the Middle East.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create internal communication programmes, staff events and employee recognition initiatives.
• Write and edit content such as newsletters, bulletins and intranet articles that convey the bank’s goals and culture.
• Lead planning and execution of internal employee events such as webinars and town‑halls.
• Ensure consistency of messaging, branding and visual identity across all materials.
• Produce metrics reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities and manage the department budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the UAE banking sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience in event management, project management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, especially with senior leadership and internal teams.
