About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will support end‑to‑end marketing operations for a food and beverage service company. Working remotely, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, manage procurement processes, and keep budgets on track.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate artwork production.
- Raise and manage purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
- Track receipt of goods, accruals, and follow up on payments.
- Monitor and report on budget performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on key projects and support PMO activities.
- Assist the Senior Brand Manager on project tasks as needed.
- Conduct analysis and prepare regular reports.
- Support and coordinate corporate events.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or related field.
- 2‑3 years of functional experience in marketing or related operations.
Required skills
- Basic analysis.
- Presentation preparation.

- Competitive salary of AED 8,000 per month.
