Marketing Executive – B2B (Dubai, On-site)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B technology services business looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to own end‑to‑end campaigns and events in our Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and run B2B email campaigns, including segmentation, copy, automation, A/B testing and reporting.
• Plan and deliver events end‑to‑end: industry conferences, roundtables, client dinners and webinars, covering logistics, promotion and follow‑up.
• Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence: content calendar, posts, thought‑leadership pieces and engagement.
• Create marketing collateral such as case studies, one‑pagers, presentations and website updates.
• Work with sales to generate and nurture leads, and track pipeline from marketing activity.
• Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech, professional services or recruitment.
• Proven experience running email campaigns using HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar tools.
• Experience organising corporate events in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong English writing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Organised, self‑driven and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
