Marketing Executive – Healthcare Business Development

About the role

Medico Hub is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to drive the growth of its healthcare services across the United Arab Emirates. You will build relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare organisations while promoting recruitment, payroll and AI‑based management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Visit healthcare facilities and meet owners, HR managers and administrators.
• Promote Medico Hub’s recruitment services, third‑party payroll solutions and AI hospital management software.
• Schedule and deliver client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and nurture ongoing client relationships.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing or business development experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region.
