Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will join Rosy Hospitality Group’s dynamic team in Dubai, supporting and executing marketing initiatives across its restaurant brands. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building brand awareness, driving guest traffic, and ensuring consistent brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing marketing plans and promotional campaigns for multiple restaurant concepts.
• Create and manage content for social media and digital channels.
• Coordinate with restaurant, operations, culinary and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Conduct market and competitor research, analyse customer insights, and track campaign performance.
• Support events, seasonal promotions and partnership initiatives to boost guest engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in an agency setting.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, food & beverage or retail marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and familiarity with social media.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is advantageous.
