Marketing Executive

About the role

Cognita Schools is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive integrated marketing campaigns and PR activities across its UAE portfolio of schools and nurseries. You will work closely with school teams, agencies and regional colleagues to ensure all communications are on‑brand and support admissions priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and school‑level initiatives across digital and offline channels, coordinating timelines, content, agencies and suppliers.
• Coordinate PR and media activity, including press releases, media opportunities, school announcements and editorial content.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, PR and promotional materials, ensuring quality control.
• Support website, CRM and digital marketing activities, monitor performance and use data to optimise enquiries and conversions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or PR, preferably in an agency, education or multi‑site environment.
• Strong organisational, coordination and copywriting skills with excellent English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics and content management systems.
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
