Marketing Executive (UAE)

About the role

Cognita Schools is seeking a Marketing Executive to support marketing activities across its UAE schools and nurseries. You will coordinate integrated campaigns, digital and offline initiatives, and PR efforts while travelling to schools and events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, managing timelines, content, agencies and suppliers.
• Coordinate PR and media activities, including press releases, media opportunities and editorial content.
• Ensure all communications and materials follow Cognita and school brand standards across digital, print and promotional channels.
• Support website, CRM and digital marketing, monitor performance and optimise for enquiries and conversions.
• Collaborate with regional and school teams to support events, admissions initiatives and identify story opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or PR, preferably in an agency, education or multi‑brand environment.
• Strong organisational, coordination and copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
