Marketing & Growth Manager - Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, manage the marketing funnel, and lead a multidisciplinary team. Arabic language skills are required.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing‑driven revenue.
• Manage and optimise the marketing funnel from awareness to sale, working closely with sales to improve lead quality.
• Oversee advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and Marketplace platforms and analyse performance metrics.
• Lead the marketing team (Content, Ads, Design, PR), prioritise tasks and develop team performance.
• Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to address deal failures and improve lead quality.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing; e‑commerce experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns, data analysis and conversion optimisation.
• Strong leadership experience with team management and development.
