Marketing Intern – Offline Activations & Community Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Intern to support offline activations and community marketing across Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys on‑ground work, collaborating with multiple teams, and bringing campaigns and events to life.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of on‑ground activations and events, coordinating with vendors, production partners and venue teams.
• Ensure branding and event materials are correctly placed and brand guidelines are followed during activations.
• Coordinate with venues, agencies and internal teams to align event requirements, timelines and follow‑up on actions.
• Capture photos and videos for internal use and social media, and contribute to post‑event reporting and key learnings.
• Manage marketing materials and event inventory, tracking distribution and return.
• Support outreach to universities, residential communities and local venues, building relationships with student groups and community managers.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic preferred and strong English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, well‑organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working on‑site at events, proactive and willing to take ownership.
• Previous event or marketing experience is a plus.
