Marketing Manager (Automotive)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our automotive marketing initiatives in Dubai. The role will oversee both digital and traditional campaigns to boost vehicle sales, increase showroom traffic and strengthen brand awareness for our dealership network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive vehicle sales and showroom visits.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, SEO, SEM and email marketing.
• Maintain and optimise the dealership website, inventory listings and lead‑generation tools.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, vehicle launches and other marketing events.
• Oversee CRM SPEED system, ensuring effective lead follow‑up in collaboration with sales teams.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, work with external agencies and OEM marketing programs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the automotive or car‑dealership sector.
• Proven track record of generating leads and increasing vehicle sales through marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
