Marketing Manager

About the role

Crown Concepts Group, a leading regional hospitality group based in Dubai, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead, plan and direct its marketing activities. The role involves shaping the brand’s communication strategy, generating leads and supporting sales across the group’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing and communication activities in line with the annual marketing plan.
• Coordinate all marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and track campaign performance.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing and summarising sales data and market trends.
• Support sales staff with forecasts, account analyses and new product information.
• Manage social media accounts, maintain a social media calendar and oversee influencer collaborations.
• Plan and coordinate events, activations and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor budgets, compare actual results with forecasts and prepare budget reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
