Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Manager for Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will act as the brand custodian, ensuring all communications reflect the luxury positioning of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with Waldorf Astoria and Hilton brand standards and maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, SEO/SEM, email, and online advertising.
• Manage content calendars, coordinate photography, videography and drone shoots, and oversee media relations.
• Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and analyze data to measure effectiveness of initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing and communications team and manage the marketing budget.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR and brand management.
• Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
