About the role

Parker Premier Real Estate is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, promoting property listings, and generating high‑quality leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the real‑estate business.
• Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Generate high‑quality leads to support property sales and business growth.
• Manage social media channels, create content, and maintain brand positioning.
• Promote property listings and off‑plan projects through effective marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Identify emerging market trends and new marketing opportunities within the UAE real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UAE real‑estate marketing.
• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real‑estate market trends.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organisational skills.
