About the role
The leading regional hospitality group based in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead, plan and direct its marketing activities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute marketing and communication activities in line with the marketing plan, generating leads and tracking campaign performance.
- Prepare marketing reports, analyse sales data, support sales staff with market trends, forecasts and new product information.
- Manage social media accounts, calendars, influencer collaborations and related budgets.
- Coordinate events, activations and seasonal promotions, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
- Monitor budgets, compare actual results with forecasts and contribute to achieving organisational goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
- Strong verbal, written and organisational abilities.
