Marketing & Sales Executive (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to join our Dubai office. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement through digital channels, supporting the sales team, and creating compelling marketing materials for our building‑materials portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Send regular WhatsApp promotions, offers, and product updates to customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases, follow up with existing clients, and reactivate inactive accounts.
• Design marketing assets, advertisements, catalogues, and promotional content using Canva or similar tools.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Support the sales team with quotations and customer follow‑ups.
• Build databases of contractors, real‑estate companies, consultants, and technical service firms.
• Generate new leads, identify potential customers, and prepare weekly marketing and performance reports.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities with a target‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of the building‑materials, plumbing, sanitary ware, or construction industry is a plus.
