Marketing & Sales Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Sales Manager will lead business development across the Middle East, driving both sales performance and market positioning for Pink Neon Advertising. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts and maintaining strong customer relationships while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Use market data and analytics to shape the marketing strategy for company assets and services.
• Identify and pursue market opportunities promptly and accurately.
• Achieve sales results that exceed industry average utilization and day rates.
• Negotiate contracts in line with company policies on liability and risk.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with a professional presence.
• Collaborate with the Contracts and Bid Team during bid preparation.
• Work with Treasury to assess customer credit‑worthiness.
• Gather and share local market intelligence with corporate marketing.
• Provide insights on business unit economics, competitive positioning and customer needs.
• Build and sustain a broad network of strategic customer and competitor relationships.
• Contribute to corporate marketing inputs and geographic marketing recommendations.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and assigned tasks.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, depending on business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role within a comparable-sized, complex business, preferably an international drilling contractor.
• Proven track record in direct sales and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical ability to assess market trends and competitive landscape.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50%).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
