Marketing & Social Media Content Manager

About the role

This is a hands‑on, on‑the‑ground content creation and social media lead position based in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the UAE social presence, produce reels and other visual assets, and translate market trends into engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the brand’s social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads) across the UAE.
• Film, edit and publish short‑form video reels and photo content on location and in‑studio.
• Identify and act on emerging trends, collaborating with brand ambassadors and influencers.
• Attend brand activations, seasonal events and evening/weekend activities to capture live content.
• Provide cultural and market intelligence that guides the remote marketing team (SEO, paid media, e‑commerce, web).
• Track weekly performance metrics, analyse data and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on creator comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai luxury market and premium‑gifting consumer behavior.
• Data‑driven mindset; able to report on metrics and make decisions based on numbers.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Video filming and editing for social media.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, CapCut.
• Expert use of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Threads.
