Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing (Real Estate)

About the role
A real estate brokerage in Dubai is looking for a Marketing Specialist to own and scale multi-channel performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube. The goal is to drive high-quality real estate leads, reduce cost per lead (CPL), improve cost per qualified lead (CPQL) and support project launches, listings and internal campaigns. The role directly impacts revenue, agent performance and project sell-through rate.
Key responsibilities
- Launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube, maintaining a clean, consistent campaign structure
- Build full-funnel strategies (awareness to remarketing to conversion) and run A/B tests on creatives, formats, bidding and audiences
- Manage large budgets efficiently (AED 100k–500k+/month)
- Ensure 100% accurate tracking and attribution: Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Google Ads, GA4 and GTM; build weekly dashboards with CPL, CPQL, CTR, CVR and CAC benchmarks
- Analyse performance daily and act quickly on disapprovals or creative fatigue
- Prepare creative briefs, write ad copy and select formats such as Reels, Shorts and Lead Forms, keeping a library of top-performing creatives
Required profile
- 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience (real execution, not just agency monitoring)
- Direct experience managing Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat campaigns
- Experience with real estate is a big advantage
- Managed budgets starting from AED 100k+/month
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with dashboards and Excel/Sheets
Required skills
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, PMax), TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of CRM lead flows (HubSpot, Salesforce, internal CRMs)
- Basic Figma/Canva skills
