Marketing Team Leader

About the role

Smile Link Dental Laboratory is seeking a Marketing Team Leader to drive its brand presence in Abu Dhabi and beyond. This full‑time, on‑site position will lead the marketing team in planning, executing and monitoring campaigns that promote the laboratory’s high‑tech dental solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee digital and traditional campaigns, including social media, email, events and collateral production.
• Analyse market trends, track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Coach and allocate tasks to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Support lead generation and brand positioning in local and international markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership or supervisory role, preferably in healthcare, dental or medical technology.
• Strong team‑management and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
