About the role
Fresha is looking for a detail‑oriented Marketplace Moderator to join its Professional Services Team in Dubai. You will work directly with partner businesses to capture, edit, and upload high‑quality images that showcase their venues and services on Fresha’s marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with partners to schedule photography sessions that fit their availability.
- Travel to partner locations across the UAE to photograph interiors, services, and unique features.
- Ensure all images follow Fresha’s branding guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Edit and retouch photos using professional software to achieve a polished look.
- Upload, categorize, and update images on partner profiles, tracking approval status.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with partners.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
Required skills
- Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
