Mason – Block & Plaster

About the role

2coms is hiring experienced Masons for construction projects in Dubai. The position covers block work, brickwork, plastering, rendering and cement finishing, with a monthly salary of 1,100 to 1,800 AED.

Key responsibilities

• Lay concrete blocks, bricks and other masonry materials according to drawings.
• Perform block work, brickwork, plastering, rendering and cement finishing.
• Construct walls, partitions, foundations and other masonry structures.
• Repair and maintain masonry, concrete and plaster surfaces.
• Prepare mortar, cement mixtures and other construction materials.
• Read and follow construction drawings and measurements, and ensure proper alignment, leveling and finishing.
• Maintain masonry tools and equipment and follow site safety rules and company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Mason on construction projects.
• Strong experience in block work, brickwork, plastering and rendering.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of masonry tools and equipment; physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Basic English communication skills; GCC/UAE experience is an added advantage.
