MEART Project Manager – Middle East

About the role

The MEART Project Manager will lead all project‑related activities for Prysmian in the Middle East, acting as the primary liaison between the company and its clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project plans, schedules and all required documentation such as RAMS, ITP, FAT and SAT procedures, and close‑out reports.
• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, overseeing engineering design, procurement, manufacturing and field activities while ensuring quality, timeline and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with sales back‑office for order processing, confirmations and invoicing, and monitor project performance to address risks and changes.
• Serve as the main interface for customers, handling communications, project reviews, audits and system validation, and liaise with partners, suppliers and subcontractors operating in the Middle East.
• Support after‑sales activities by coordinating local field rework or replacement and assist the sales team with variation orders and scope changes.
• Provide regular reporting and ensure compliance with contractual, technical and procedural requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures in the Middle East.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, installation and commissioning.
• Experience handling payment issues and negotiating variation orders.
