About the role
The Mechanic Coiled Tubing is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing rotating equipment and machinery in an oil and gas environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive and predictive maintenance checks and tests on machinery according to schedules.
- Carry out corrective maintenance, including dismantling, assembling and replacing components to repair defective equipment.
- Install new equipment, modify existing systems and assist during start‑up and shutdown of critical assets.
- Participate in annual shutdowns, major turnarounds and coordinate major equipment removal for overhaul.
Required profile
- Technical Diploma or secondary school certificate with a vocational trade certificate.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in heavy‑equipment mechanical repairs within the oil/gas or power‑plant sector.
- Ability to work in A/C environments and tolerate occasional heat, humidity and dust during site visits.
